Which courier service do you use for shipping?
We use UK Mail for all of our UK shipments and DHL for all of our International shipments. You’ll receive a shipment notification when your order is despatched – along with tracking information.
If I have confirmed my order on your B2B Web Store, can it be modified?
Yes, you can simply place a new order on the B2B website and we will be able to merge the sales orders together or we can invoice you separately for each order. This is all dependent upon our cut-off times for shipping.
Is there a minimum order value or order quantity?
There are no minimum quantities with Techpoint Distribution we are happy to fulfill orders regardless of the size.

What information do I need to open an account with Techpoint Distribution?
Opening an account is easy! Just simply fill out our Trade Application form on our site and we will be in touch to help you open your account.
Supporting documents will be needed to open your account, which is:
- VAT Certificate
- Company Registration Certificate
- Company Letterhead
Once we have done our necessary checks for your company, we will then be happy to open your account and begin trading.
