ISO Certification

We are proud to announce that we were awarded the ISO 9001 Certification in 2020, the world’s highly recognised standard for developing and maintaining quality management systems.

The certification recognises that our policies and procedures are of the highest standard and comply with the ISO 9001 requirements and demonstrate our commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Reviewed on an annual basis, we have successfully maintained and improved our standards.

Although we already had a number of quality assurance measures and procedures in place, additional ISO standards were implemented to further improve our customer satisfaction, efficiency and performance to achieve ISO 9001 - certified status making Techpoint Distribution the preferred choice.

In 2020, we were also awarded the ISO 14001 Certification as we have demonstrated and revised procedures ensuring that as a company, we understand the impact that we have on the environment as a distribution and alternative measures that can be applied to have a positive impact and reduce our carbon footprint.
